The invention relates to a multifunctional aseptic dressing patch used for battlefield rescue and an application method of the multifunctional aseptic dressing patch. The multifunctional aseptic dressing patch comprises a non cohesive gel layer, a gauze layer, a backing layer and a sealing film layer. An open window is formed in the non cohesive gel layer. The periphery of the gauze layer is fixedly connected with the non cohesive gel layer. The gauge layer is exposed outwards through the open window. The backing layer is a polyurethane film. The sealing film layer adheres to the non cohesive gel layer. Bandages are arranged on the upper surface of the non cohesive gel layer and are located on the two sides of the open window. Compared with traditional dressing, the multifunctional aseptic dressing patch is high in breathability, high in water suction force, capable of eradicating the oxygen-free environment on which anaerobic bacteria depend for existence, and capable of effectively preventing bacteria in wounds from growing and breeding in battles; meanwhile, the multifunctional aseptic dressing patch is convenient to fix, the firmness of the multifunctional aseptic dressing patch is increased, and the multifunctional aseptic dressing patch is low in cost, good in effect and obvious in effect.
