The invention relates to a multifunctional dolly for a 10kV and 35kV dolly-type switch cabinet. The multifunctional dolly comprises a base. A dolly running-in limiting plate, operation buttons, a selective switch and a baffle are arranged on the base. Static contact baffle openers are arranged on two sides of the base. A blocking relay is installed on the dolly running-in limiting plate, the baffle and the base are arranged vertically, an upper row of operating holes and a lower row of operating holes are formed in the baffle, a blocking door is installed on each row of operating holes, the lower ends of the blocking doors are connected with the baffle through hinges, and the upper portions of the blocking doors are movably connected with the baffle through anti-misoperation locks. The multifunctional dolly is reasonable in design, convenient to operate, firm in blocking, long in service life and capable of guaranteeing the smooth completion of safety measures in a working site. The multifunctional dolly has five kinds of protection functions. Due to the fact that the insulating baffle with the upper row of operating holes and the lower row of operating holes is arranged, and each row of operating holes is provided with an anti-misoperation door and a door lock, whether a bus is electrified or not can be detected, reliable electrical blocking measures are provided, and the multiple purposes of electricity testing, grounding and phase checking are realized through the selective switch.
