Solubility of helium in methanol + water, ethanol + water, 1-propanol + water, and 2-propanol + water solutions at 25 .degree.C

The solubility of helium was measured in four aqueous alcohol solutions (methanol+water, ethanol+water, 1-propanol+water, and 2-propanol+water systems) over the full range of composition at 25 o C and 101.925 kPa. Both the excess quantity referring to the Ostwald coefficient and that referring to the excess volume show similar minima as a function of the volume fraction of alcohol
