Возможность интракоронарного применения гепарина при процедуре эндартерэктомии из венечных артерий

2012
It was stated that heparin can be sorbed by de-endothelized surface of an artery. This enables to prove the possibility of its intracoronary use during coronary artery endarterectomy in order to prevent thrombosis of the arterial reconstruction area. To determine the sorbtion of heparin by arterial wall the method of photoluminescence was used. It was proved that the mechanism of relationship of heparin and de-endothelized surface of the arterial wall is the donor-acceptor interaction with amino acids. The clinical study included patients who had undergone coronary artery bypass grafting procedure with endarterectomy. The main group comprised patients who underwent processing of the de-endothelized surface of the coronary arteries with heparin. A comparative clinical evaluation of the incidence of perioperative complications in the main and the test groups of patients has been carried out. The advantage of the intracoronary administration of heparin during these interventions has been shown.
