Stress Cardiac MR Imaging Compared with Stress Echocardiography in the Early Evaluation of Patients Who Present to the Emergency Department with Intermediate-Risk Chest Pain

In this prospective study of patients with chest pain who presented to the emergency department, the main finding is that a cardiac MR imaging protocol incorporating adenosine stress perfusion imaging is safe, quick, and accurate when performed within 12 hours after presentation.
