The invention relates to a release agent for flue-cured tobacco quinclorac phytotoxicity. The release agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.5%-37.5% of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and 62.5%-98.5% of L-cysteine. According to the release agent for flue-cured tobacco quinclorac phytotoxicity disclosed by the invention, the combined action of the function of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate for adjusting plant endogenous hormone balance and the detoxifying effect of the L-cysteine are comprehensively utilized for effectively relieving quinclorac phytotoxicity symptoms, so that quinclorac teratogenetic tobaccos can remarkably recover normal botanical characters and inherent chemical quality; moreover, the material price is low, the compatibility is strong, the preparation is simple, the effect is obvious, the safety is high, the pertinence is strong and the practical value is high.
