Titanium alloy wire used for 780 MPa intensity level electron beam fuse 3D printing component

2017
The invention discloses a titanium alloy wire used for a 780 MPa intensity level electron beam fuse 3D printing component. The alloy elements of Al and Zr are adopted or strengthening the alpha phase, and the alloy elements of Nb and Mo are used for strengthening the beta phase. Alloy components include, by weight percent, 6.0%-7.0% of Al, 2.2%-3.5% of Nb, 1.3%-2.6% of Zr, 0.6%-1.5% of Mo, smaller than or equal to 0.25% of Fe, smaller than or equal to 0.15% of Si, smaller than or equal to 0.10% of C, smaller than or equal to 0.05% of N, smaller than or equal to 0.015% of H, smaller than or equal to 0.15% of O and the balance Ti. The diameter of the titanium alloy wire can reach 0.8 mm, the tensile strength of the electron beam fuse 3D printing component can reach 780 MPa or higher, the ductility can reach 10% or higher, and the comprehensive performance meets the design and application requirement of the electron beam fuse 3D printing component used in the field of ocean engineering.
