Detection method and detection kit for ovarian cancer

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ovarian cancer detecting method and detecting kit based on finding an autoantibody marker excelling in sensitivity to ovarian cancer. SOLUTION: The ovarian cancer detecting method comprises detecting an antibody to the whole or part of one or more kinds of protein selected from a group consisting of GDI (RhoGDP dissociation inhibitor), Ezrin (Villin-2), MVP (major vault protein) and PheRS (phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase) in a humor analyte, and when a detection value increased according to the amount of antibody is a larger value than a standard detection value or when the antibody is detected although it is not detected as standard, these are regarded as an immediate or age-based index to the presence of ovarian cancer or progress to ovarian cancer in a subject.
