The fire escape apparatus assembly for apartment house

A collapsible fire escape structure for an apartment house is provided to achieve fire resistance performance and noise blocking performance and allow the residents to evacuate to neighbors in the event of fire by making an inner frame separated from an outer frame under external impact. A collapsible fire escape structure for an apartment house comprises an indoor partition(50), a fire escape frame(10), an auxiliary stud(30), and a gypsum board. The indoor partition comprises a plurality of studs standing-installed along a partition of an indoor space having a predetermined spaces therebetween, an upper runner(52) and a lower runner(53) joined to upper and lower sides of the studs, a pair of base gypsum boards(54,54') installed outside the upper and lower runners, having a plurality of fixing pins(55) on the inside, an insulation material(56) disposed between the base gypsum boards and supported by the fixing pins, and a pair of finish gypsum boards(57,57') attached to the with the base gypsum boards with its seam crossing with the base gypsum board. The fire escape frame having a grating shape, comprises an outer frame(11) installed between the studs, and an inner frame(12) removably installed to the outer frame. The auxiliary stud is respectively installed to upper and lower sides of the fire escape frame to support the fire escape frame. The gypsum board having the same size with the fire escape frame, is installed outside the fire escape frame and connected to the base gypsum boards and finish gypsum boards.
