Wet feed preparation method and device for bagasse before continuous cooking

The invention discloses a wet feed preparation method and a device for bagasse before continuous cooking. The method comprises specific steps of: sending bagasse from a raw material yard to a horseshoe bagasse washing machine through a feeding belt for a first washing; rolling and stirring the bagasse in the washing machine, and sending the bagasse to a drum washing machine for a second washing; washing out part of bagasse pith and soluble substances, and sending the bagasse into a hydraulic slag washing machine for a third washing; after washing and purification, dewatering the bagasse and sending the bagasse into a continuous cooking system; and treating the dewatered wastewater with a circulating water treatment system for recycling. According to the invention, bagasse raw material is thoroughly washed, and is conducive to improving soaking of cooked soup, and uniformity of pulp; and the washing wastewater is treated by a treatment recycling system, and does not require water addition, so as to reduce clean water consumption and environmental pollution.
