The invention belongs to the field of aerospace flight rod-shaped flying object elevation angle measurement, and relates to a method for acquiring attitude parameters of a rod-shaped flying object in laser screen target velocity measurement. The method comprises the steps of establishing a signal waveform model about the rod-shaped flying object passing through a light curtain; calculating the amplitude Xi (i.p) of all electric signals between 0 degree to 90 degrees by substituting a into the signal expressions as shown in U1-U7 according to the requirement of pitch angle measurement precision p with p as the step length, wherein a= i.p, i is the number of calculated electric signals, and 0pitch angle of 0 degree and the pitch angle of 90 degrees as reference signals, calculating the relevancy between the electric signals with pitch angles ranging from 0 degree to 90 degrees and the reference signals, and taking the calculating results as two sets of relevancy reference data; calculating the relevancy between a detection signal and the reference signals with the pitch angle of 0 degree and the pitch angle of 90 degrees, and comparing the relevancy with the two sets of relevancy reference data to obtain the elevation angle. By using the elevation angle for correcting a speed measurement result, the speed measurement result is more close to real speed.
