Integrated electro-hydraulic actuator

2014
The invention provides an integrated electro-hydraulic actuator. The key points adopted by the invention are as follows: valve oil holes of two sliding valve limit rod cavities are respectively connected to two oil holes of a double-rod hydraulic cylinder, wherein a valve oil hole of a positive sliding valve oil feeding cavity is connected to a valveless oil hole of a reverse sliding valve limit rod cavity by virtue of a second section of positive oil feeding pipeline; a valve oil hole of a reverse sliding valve oil feeding cavity is connected to a valveless oil hole of a positive sliding valve limit rod by the second section of reverse oil feeding pipeline; valveless oil holes of the positive and reverse sliding valve oil feeding cavities are connected to a same-direction oil hole of a two-direction gear pump by virtue of a first section of same-direction oil feeding pipeline; a reverse hydraulic control one-way valve is arranged between the first section of positive oil feeding pipeline and the second section of positive oil feeding pipeline; an oil inlet of the reverse hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with the second section of positive oil feeding pipeline; a control oil hole of the reverse hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with the first section of same-direction oil feeding pipeline; a positive hydraulic control one-way valve is connected between the first section of reverse oil feeding pipeline and the second section of reverse oil feeding pipeline; an oil inlet of the positive hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with the second section of reverse oil feeding pipeline; a control oil hole of the positive hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with the first section of same-direction oil feeding pipeline. The integrated electro-hydraulic actuator has the beneficial effects that as long as the oil feeding pressure disappears, the pipeline can be automatically cut off and the hydraulic one-way valves are switched off; the reliability of level retention of a system is remarkably improved.
