EFFECTS OF SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION, AND SOCIAL CAPITAL ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

This study aimed to determine the effects of situational leadership, extrinsic motivation, and social capital on organizational citizenship behavior at the Kremboong Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. The population was all of its permanent employees. The research sample of 72 employees in the production department was taken by the census method and analysed using inferential statistical tests with the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The test results proved that each situational leadership and social capital has a positive and significant direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In comparison, extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.
