Abordagem histórico-experimental da eletricidade e eletromagnetismo em aulas de Química no Ensino Médio

This paper presents a didactic sequence (DS) on electricity and electromagnetism applied to first-year students of the Federal Institute of Technology of Sao Goncalo. This SD was elaborated to include historical aspects in the development of this area of knowledge, as well as videos and experiments. The students indicated that they had approved the class, being motivated by the dynamics performed and, according to the mind maps they made after the class, it is possible to say that several contents were learned by them.
