Analysis and simulation on temperature uniformity of blade thermo-compression surface

Finite element software ANSYS was used for simulating the temperature change in the process of blade hot-pressing. It analyzed the reason of temperature uniformity on the thermo-compression surface. According to the predictability data from the experiments,some necessary reference database and design bases were provided for improving the distribution of heating institutions--blade hot-pressing equipment. Temperature of blade molding was uniformity. The global error of temperature is in ±0.5℃. The difference between the highest and lowest temperature was less than 0.2%.
