Environmentally valuable sites protection as a base of landscape structure planning on master plan level The aim of the article is to present the problem how to save environmentally valuable areas, that are not protected by Nature Protection Act. The paper discusses the term of environmentally valuable areas and the problem of their protection in local level. Next the Polish regulations are examined to find strong arguments to protect these areas. The author set thesis that the only way to save valuable areas is to find proper provisions in master plan
