Understanding related to health is very important so that adolescents can maintain and maintain reproductive health properly. The expected target of the service is that young men and women in SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam understand reproductive health, health problems, to cases of personal hygiene, as well as menstrual problems that can improve reproductive health. The purpose of the service is to measure the level of understanding of adolescents in reproductive health SMA both before and after socialization and to provide study materials and materials related to adolescent reproductive health so that adolescents obtain accurate information and data about reproductive health. The results of the trial showed an increase in the understanding of SMAN 1 Baitussalam teenagers regarding reproductive health. An increase in understanding is clearly seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test given before and before socialization. The conclusion is that the existence of socialization related to reproductive health can increase youth's understanding of reproductive health.
