Novel inorganic heat-insulation fire-proof board and manufacturing method thereof

2015
The invention relates to an inorganic heat-insulation fire-proof board and a manufacturing method thereof and aims to improve heat-insulation performance of a product and reduce product cost. The inorganic heat-insulation fire-proof board comprises, by weight, 90-100 parts of silicate cement, 110-120 parts of vitrified microsphere particles, 1.0-2.0 parts of redispersible powder, 0.5-1.0 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 9-10 parts of phase-change materials and 0.1-0.3 part of polypropylene fibers, wherein the silicate cement is P.O42.5 cement; the vitrified microsphere particles are 80-100kg/m in stacking density and larger than 80% in surficial vitrified closed pore percentage; the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is 150,000-200,000 mPa.s in viscosity; the phase-change materials are 25-35 DEG C in phase-change temperature and larger than 150J/g in storage energy density; the polypropylene fibers are chopped fibers which are 5-15mm in length. The inorganic heat-insulation fire-proof board has the advantages that the dry apparent density is lower than 270kg/m , the compressive strength is larger than 0.8MPa, a heat conductivity coefficient is lower than 0.030W/(m K), combustion performance is rated at the A level, and high performance, low cost and wide using range are achieved.
