Blower main shaft bearing lubricating grease and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a blower main shaft bearing lubricating grease which comprises the following components by weight percent: 10.5-12.0 percent of 12 hydroxy stearic acid, 3.5-4.0 percent of sebacic acid, 3.08-3.52 percent of lithium hydroxide, 69.0-82.4 percent of base oil, 2.5-10.0 percent of extreme pressure antiwear additive, 0.5-2.0 percent of anti-oxidant, 0.5-2.0 percent of rust inhibitor and 0.1-1.0 percent of metal passivator. The bearing lubricating grease has the advantages of relatively wide using temperature range, excellent waterproof and anticorrosion performance, superhigh carrying capacity, superior antifriction performance, excellent low-temperature start performance and long service life, can be in full biological decomposition, and is nontoxic and harmless.
