Design and Implementation of Cropland Irrigation Cellar Management Information System Based on GIS

In order to efficiently utilize the water infrastructures,the cropland irrigation cellar management information system was developed by using C# language on the platform of Visual studio 2008,and the professional components of ArcGIS Server.NET ADF were selected to construct the system.The system realized digital management of the distribution,quantity and water storage capacity of the water cellars.The location of water cellar planning was implemented by space analysis modeling.The water deficit of irrigation was estimated by regional annual average effective rainfall,crop water requirement at different growth stages and the pondage of the water cellar collected on site by the inspectors.It can provide a scientific basis for the water cellar planning,water pondage planning and the rational use of water resources.
