Study of psychosomatic health of specially trained naval female soldiers and influencing factors

Objective:To research psychosomatic health of naval female soldiers along with influencing factors after high- strength,high-difficulty special training.Methods.16PF,SCL-90,FS-14 and the self-compiled table about will were used to measure and investigate the mind of 56 specially trained naval female soldiers,then statistical test was conducted.Results:Specially trained naval female soldiers' psychosomatic symptoms were more significant after long time high- strength,high-difficulty train- ing.The perception of fatigue and the experience of being a soldier significantly influenced their psychosomatic symptoms.More self -disciplined and excitation,less depression and tension were benefit for their mental health.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to special trained naval female soldiers about their physical sense to release them from fatigue.Their intention of enlisting should be help to correct and a good personality such as self- disciplined,confident,vivacious,light- hearted,imperturbable,steady- go- ing,and so on should be build to have them improve psychosomatic health.
