Procedure for inmunodetectar an antibody against a drug (ACF) in a sample, wherein the drug is a therapeutic antibody directed against a desired antigen, wherein the method comprises: a) verify the presence of antigen in the sample; b) if present, neutralizing the sample antigen; c) inmunodetectar the presence or amount of the ACF in said sample.
