The invention provides a high-pressure gas cylinder, and an inflating sealing structure thereof. Gas inlets, a positioning hole and a connecting hole are formed in the gas cylinder; a valve seat is connected with the positioning hole through screw threads; a ventilation hole is formed in the outer side of the valve seat; a cylindrical cavity is formed inside the valve seat; one end of a valve core is a conical end; the other end of the valve core is a cylindrical end; a spring is mounted between the valve core and each gas inlet hole; the cylindrical end of the valve core is inserted into one spring; a connector is in threaded connection with the connecting hole through screw threads; a through hole is formed in the axis of the connector; an ejection rod is mounted in the through hole; the middle part of the ejection rod is in clearance fit with the through hole; one end, facing the gas cylinder, of the ejection rod is transited to the cylindrical end of the valve core through the conical end of the valve core; the cylindrical end is inserted into the ventilation hole in the valve seat; a gas path is formed in the axial direction of the outer circle of the ejection rod; a plug is in threaded connection with the connecting hole. The invention further provides an inflating method thereof. According to the high-pressure gas cylinder, the inflating sealing structure thereof and the inflating method, the valve core does not move during an inflating process; self-sealing is realized; the wear probability of a sealing surface is reduced; the sealing reliability is improved; the long-term storage reliability is guaranteed.
