PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composition for decorative plate and manufacturing method of PVC composition

The invention provides PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composition for a decorative plate. The PVC composition comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC, 10-15 parts of a plasticizer, 3-4 parts of a stabilizer, 2-3 parts of a lubricant, 1-2 parts of an antistatic agent, 10-15 parts of a fire retardant, 1-2 parts of an antioxidant, 1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a blowing promotor, 4-5 parts of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and 15-20 parts of modified lotus seed hull based silicon dioxide. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the PVC composition for the decorative plate. The PVC composition is relatively good in heat resistance and abrasive resistance.
