Dialogue robot, as the entrance service of intelligent system, has received extensive attention in recent years, especially in the field of customer service. Compared with manual customer service, dialogue robot is more efficient, more personalized and lower in cost, and can be expanded in terms of knowledge reserve and business scope. In this paper, based on the background of operation and maintenance customer service in electric power industry, the knowledge of electric power operation and maintenance is managed and serviced based on knowledge map and Text2SQL technology, and the scalable quick knowledge Q&A service is realized, which is integrated with the business system in the form of dialogue robot. In this paper, the related technologies of knowledge Q&A robot are studied and implemented.
