Method for producing radiographic-image detection device

Provided is a method for producing a radiographic-image detection device which is capable of preventing scintillator damage. A scintillator containing cesium iodide is deposited on the surface of a photoelectric conversion panel in a manner such that the film thickness is 400μm or more. A protective film is deposited onto the surface of the scintillator. A light-reflection film is deposited onto the surface of the protective film. A sealing film is deposited so as to cover the scintillator and the light-reflection film. The formation of the scintillator, the protective film, the light-reflection film and the sealing film is performed without removal from the chamber of the deposition device.
