Femtosecond laser cellular and embryo microsurgery accompanied with femtosecond microscopy and spectroscopy

Changes of chemical composition and optical properties due to the femtosecond laser action on the biomaterials was characterized by multiphoton luminescence, femtosecond CARS microscopy techniques, atomic force microscopy and time of flight secondary ions massspectroscopy. The survival and ability to development of mammalian embryos has been studied.
