RFLP Standardization Report for Class I/KpnI

Thirty-two bands were identified by the RFLP analysis in the Class I/KPN system as shown in Table 1. The RFLP patterns of some of the core cell lines are shown in Figure 1. Band nos. 29,30,31, and 32 are not present in Figure 1. Distribution of bands in the core cell lines is shown in Table 2.
