espanolObjetivo Identificar el estado de la produccion cientifica sobre acupuntura en fisioterapia oncologica. Material y metodos Se ha consultado PEDro (2008-2017) y SCImago Journal Rank. Los indicadores bibliometricos aplicados fueron: produccion, autorias, colaboracion, dispersion de Bradford y Egghe, visibilidad y cobertura idiomatica. Resultados Se recuperaron 130 articulos (61 revistas). El principal pais productor es China (30%). El indice de transitoriedad es del 77,6%. Los principales autores son E. Ernst y M.S. Lee de Corea (5,3%). El indice de colaboracion ha sido: entre autores, 6,2 ± 3,1; entre instituciones, 2 ± 1,5, y entre paises, 1,1 ± 0,38. Principales revistas: Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Acupuncture in Medicine y Complementary Therapies in Medicine. El 75% de las publicaciones estan presentes en SCImago Journal Rank (42,6%, Q1) y el 73,7% en Web of Science (31,1%, Q1). La cobertura idiomatica ha sido: ingles (87%), chino (8,2%), aleman (3,2%) y portugues (1,6%). Conclusiones Es necesario aumentar las investigaciones sobre el campo de estudio con una mayor implicacion de investigadores. EnglishObjective To identify the state of scientific production on acupuncture in oncology physiotherapy. Material and methods PEDro (2008-2017) and SCImago Journal Rank were consulted. The bibliometric indicators applied were: production, approvals, collaboration, scattering of Bradford and Egghe, visibility, and language coverage. Results A total of 130 articles were recovered (61 journals). The main producing country was China (30%). The transience index was is 77.6%. The principal authors were E. Ernst and M.S. Lee from Korea (5.3%). The Collaboration index between authors was 6.2 ± 3.1, between institutions of 2 ± 1.5, and between countries of 1.1 ± 0.38. Main journals: Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Acupuncture in Medicine and Complementary Therapies in Medicine, and 75% of publications were indexed in SCImago Journal Rank (42.6% Q1), and 73.7% in Web of Science (31.1% Q1). The language coverage was: English (87%), Chinese (8.2%), German (3.2%), and Portuguese (1.6%). Conclusions It is necessary to increase research in this study field with a greater involvement of the researcher.
