An injury to 556 case of emergency salvage clinical analysis

Objective To investigate the treatment strategy of multiple trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis of our department from January 2000 to May 2008 emergency rescue of the 556 cases of multiple trauma patients with clinical data.Results 16 cases were died,the mortality rate 2.88%;the rest are all by the emergency rescue and make the necessary laboratory examinations,was hospitalized in stable condition,improvement rate of 97.12%.The average rescue time was(1.37±1.05)hour.Conclusion Multiple injuries to strengthen the early emergency department treatment,establish a trauma care "one golden hour" concept is to improve the survival rate of multiple victims and reduce the mortality in the key.
