The present invention relates to an antibacterial, sterilizing or antifungal composition comprising an oriental medicine extract and a microbial fermentation extract as active ingredients. Specifically, the oriental medicine extract and the microbial fermentation extract of the present invention can be usefully used in multipurpose uses including the antibacterial, sterilizing or antifungal composition and cosmetics since a mixture, in which a Salvia miltiorrhiza extract, a Korean horseradish extract, a Scutellariae radix extract, a Lactobacillus plantarum fermentation extract and a Bacillus subtilis fermentation extract are mixed, is excellent in an antibacterial effect, an antifungal effect, a sterilizing effect and an antioxidant effect.
