Laboratory spectral calibration and radiometric calibration of hyper-spectral imaging spectrometer

2014
The spectral performance parameters of hyper-spectral imaging spectrometer include the spectral calibration parameter and the radiometric calibrati on parameter. Accurate calibration of these parameters is the basic premise of the quantitative application of hyper-spectral data. The spectral calibration is used to determine the central wavelength, spectral width, and the radiometric calibration is used to determine the radiance response of each channel, linearity of the response and the stability of the response. The spectral calibration is the premise and assurance of the radiometric calibration. In this study, we mainly explore the laboratory spectral calibration and radiometric calibration. The laboratory spectral calibration technologies include the spectrum lamp spectral calibration, the monochromator spectral calibration, the tunable laser spectral calibration and the gas cell spectral calibration. The laboratory radiometric calibration technologies include the irradiance standard lamp-integrating sphere radiometric calibration, the standard detector-integrating sphere radiometric calibration, the spectral radiometer-monochromatic parallel light radiometric calibration and the standard detector-diffuser radiometric calibration. The orientation of the development of the laboratory spectral calibration and radiometric calibration is proposed.
