Institutions Involved in Food Safety: Trust in Animals and Food Safety (TAFS) Forum

Trust in Animals and Food Safety (TAFS) is a Swiss nonprofit foundation acting as an international platform for dialog on transmissible animal diseases and food safety. Membership comprises representatives of the food industry, academia, regulators, and consumers. TAFS' views and analyses are made available to the public through its website and open conferences. The focus of TAFS' work is on topics where knowledge gaps in the scientific understanding make risk management decisions for food safety particularly difficult to take.
