Research on Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Lentinan

[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the influencing factors of the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of lentinan and increase the extraction rate of lentinan.[Method] The effects of four factors(the ratio of lentinan to water,time of ultrasonic disposing,extracting temperature and extracting time)on the extraction rate of lentinan were studied by single-factor experiment and multi-factor orthogonal test.[Result] The best extracting conditions of lentinan by ultrasonic-assisted water extraction method were as follows: material-liquid ratio of 1∶25,ultrasonic disposing time of 15 min,extracting at 100 ℃for 2.0 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of lentinan was up to 4.39%.[Conclusion] Optimization of the extraction conditions increased the extraction rate of lentinan,which laid a foundation for the development and utilization of lentinan.
