Method for manufacturing glass fiber net covers

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing glass fiber net covers. The method includes the following steps that firstly, glass fiber raw materials are cut into short glass fibers, the short glass fibers and abrasives are mixed and wetted in a resin solution in a dispersed mode to form resin paste, and the resin paste is rolled into sheet materials; secondly, the obtained sheet materials are cut to obtain round glass fiber net cover blanks and leftover materials; thirdly, the obtained glass fiber net cover blanks are hot-pressed and cured through molds to form the glass fiber net covers, the back faces of the glass fiber net covers are smooth, and the front faces of the glass fiber net covers are provided with concave-convex grids/patterns or are smooth; and fourthly, the obtained glass fiber net covers are packaged into finished products. The glass fiber net covers are formed with the irregularly-distributed short glass fibers as reinforced base bodies, and are higher in mechanical strength, and the manufacturing cost is obviously lowered; and the abrasives are doped in the glass fiber net covers and enable the glass fiber net covers to be synchronously consumed, so that generated waste is smaller in size and easier to treat.
