Физико-химические и биологические свойства ассоциатов наночастиц меди

2019
The study of physical and chemical parameters of associates of non-stabilized copper nanoparticles obtained by plasma chemical method was carried out. Optical methods including atomic force microscopy, spectrophotometry, and fluorometry were used to determine the size of nanoparticle associates. The sizes of copper nanoparticles varied from 30 to 75 nm, and the sizes of nanoparticle associates varied from 481.1 to 1037 nm. Phase analysis of copper particles is carried out by XRD method using Rigaku Ultima IV. Metal copper as pillar is identified, weak reflexes of copper oxides cuprite Cu 2 O and tenorite CuO is detected also. Morphology and particle size is determined using SEM Lyra 3 XMH. Variability of particle size s in the range from 15 to 75 nm is observed by secondary electron images. An oxide film without organic molecules was found on the surface of nanoparticle associates. The effect of copper nanoparticles on cell cultures А 549 was studied. It had been found the exchange of biochemical values on white outbred mice. The introduction of copper nanoparticles to animals with transplantable tumors resulted in a pronounced antitumor effect. Its expression was compared in rats with fibrosarcoma (C-45) and Pliss lymphosarcoma at different ways of introducing nanoparticles.
