Роль полиморфизмов некоторых генов в реализации артериальной гипертензии

The review presents results of the study of molecular and genetic mechanisms of hypertension. Also new look at the molecular and genetic regulation of blood pressure by the example of the angiotensinogen, nitric oxide and endothelin-1 genes polymorphisms is represented here and denoted contemporary issues of further study the etiology of hypertension and their possible solutions.
