This device is of the type in which the variation of the output frequency is determined by the movement of a tuning element, actuated by a motor by means of a crank shaft inside a cavity resonant. The tuning element 5 is moved by an oscillating device comprising a caliper 7 provided with two opposite arms 8 and 9 internally hollow and whose conformation is such that it has a cavity, communicating with the cavities 19 and 22 of arms, adapted to receive the crank shaft 18 whose rotation causes displacement of a ring 13 provided for anchoring one end of flexible means that are placed in the cavity of the arms 8 and 9 which the ends comprise means for anchoring the other end of said flexible means.
