The invention relates to a method for arranging a bar code type capacitive electrode plate in an electrode of an alkaline cell as well as a mixed negative electrode. The alkaline cell is a nickel-hydrogen cell. The negative electrode of the alkaline cell contains the traditional negative electrode plate which uses foam nickel as a current collector for bearing hydrogen storage alloy powder in a negative electrode of a metal hydride-nickel cell, and is spliced with a capacitive electrode plate mainly containing activated carbon. Scrapping coating of the capacitive electrode plate comprises 90 wt% of activated carbon, 7 wt% of graphite powder and 3 wt% of polyfluo-emulsion. The capacitive electrode plate and the cell electrode plate are respectively subjected to film rolling and then are welded together, so as to construct design and process of a bar code type mixed electrode piece in which the capacitive electrode plate and the cell electrode plate coexist. Therefore, optimal process preparation conditions of the capacitive electrode plate and the cell capacitive electrode plate are easy to obtain. Furthermore, the balance optimization requirements of energy density and power density of the 'capacitive cell' can be met.
