The article presents the experience of the professional development of teaching staff (TS) in post-graduate education USA, England, Germany, France, Japan and the Republic of Belarus. A variety approaches identified key actors involved in the professional development of teaching staff, forms of management of training approaches to the formation of TS training programs in post-graduate education, features and terms of their implementation and ensuring efficiency.
