Flexible single-cell separator and separation culture technology

The invention relates to a flexible single-cell separator. The flexible single-cell separator comprises, but not limited to, a micropipette, a culture flask screw cap, a leather sheath and a conical suction head, wherein the micropipette comprises a micropipette thin end and a micropipette thick end, the micropipette thick end is connected with the bottom of the conical suction head, the top of the tip of the conical suction head is long and thin, one end of the leather sheath is fixedly arranged at the micropipette thick end, the other end of the leather sheath is fixedly connected with the culture flask screw cap and the micropipette thick end is embedded in the culture flask screw cap. In addition, the invention also provides a single-cell separation culture method. According to the method, the separated single cell is cultured and amplified by virtue of a mixed solution of a used culture solution for culturing the cell and a fresh culture solution. The device has the beneficial effects that firstly, the device is simple in operation and low in cost; secondly, the operation can be performed under conventional visual conditions; thirdly, the separation of cells is purposeful; fourthly, a trace cell liquid can be transferred and the target cells are convenient to effectively separate after being diluted; and fifthly, low physical and chemical damages to cells are achieved.
