Steelmaking Process for Eccentric Bottom Tapping Electric Arc Furnece

In this paper, the structurecharacteristic and advantages ofeccentric bottomtappingelectric arc furnaceareintroduced. Thesteel- making process for eccentric bottom tapping electric arc furnace is taken as a focus point, and adding raw materials of the taphole and its op- eration are described. Experiment results show that this process does not only make much contributions to traditional tapping spout electric arc furnace, but also provides a guide to the structure devices and process of newly built especially large ultra high power electric arc furnace.
