Silver paste printing ink for scratch notes and preparation method thereof

2010
The invention discloses a silver paste printing ink for scratch notes, which comprises the following components in mass percentage: 48.72 to 51.22 percent of aluminum power, 24.65 to 27.75 percent of solvent, 0.49 to 1.02 percent of surface modifier, 0.5 to 0.6 percent of dibutyl phthalate and 19.51 to 25.64 percent of acrylic resin based on the total mass of 100 percent. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the silver paste printing ink, which comprises the following steps of: 1) weighing each component; 2) weighing ethyl acetate according to a mass ratio of 3: 5 based on the weighed mass of the silver power, adding the ethyl acetate into the silver powder, magnetically stirring the mixture, standing the mixture, filtering the obtained product and drying the filtrated product to obtain the preprocessed silver powder; 3) adding the weighed solvent into the surface modifier, magnetically stirring the mixed material and standing the mixed material to obtain the mixed modifier; and 4) adding the preprocessed silver powder into the mixed modifier, magnetically stirring the mixture and standing the mixture; adding dibutyl phthalate into the obtained product and magnetically stirring the mixed substance; and adding the acrylic resin into the mixed solution and mixing the mixed product to obtain the silver paste printing ink. The glossiness of the silver paste printing ink of the invention is obviously improved.
