Abstract 20726: Study on the Effect of Different Exercise Intensity on Cardiac Function of Rats With Acute Myocardial Infarction and Differential Expression of Circulating MiRNAs

Objective: To study the effect of different exercise intensity on cardiac function and differential expression of circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) , target genes and gene function in rats with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), Methods: Established AMI models with 40 rats, divided them into 4 groups of sham operation, Isolated Myocardial Infarction, Continuous Moderately Training (CMT), and High-intensity Interval Training (HIT) group respectively, with 10 AMI rats for each group. CMT and HIT rats groups received exercise therapies for 8 weeks. Evaluate cardiac function with echocardiography. Analysed differential expression of circulating miRNAs, related target genes and gene function using miRNAs microarray and bioinformatics technology. Results: CMT and HIT therapies significantly improved cardiac function and exercise tolerance in AMI rats. The effect of HIT group is significantly better than that of CMT group.
