Клинические аспекты патологии соединительной ткани при истмико-цервикальной недостаточности

The aim of the investigation was to study clinical aspects of isthmical-cervical incompetence. We examined 70 pregnant women with cervical incompetence under threat of pregnancy abortion. All patients received preserving therapy, correction of their isthmical-carvical deficiency. It is concluded that the pathology of connective tissue may be considered as the risk factor of development of isthmical-cervical incompetence together with infection, complicated obstetrical history and hyperandrogenia.
