It is extremely difficult to be certain which of the forms of capital should be regarded as the most effective or significant. It is clear, however, that when the schools are at their best, there is an alignment of two or more forms of capital. Mostly, it is about managing the financial capital and embracing the social capital, in order to enhance the intellectual capital and fulfil the spiritual capital.
