SECURITY IN DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The article pursues the following course of action. The author begins by discussing security as the chief human need and adopts the definition of public administration understood as the fulfilment of collective and individual needs of citizens, in order to move on to the principal issue of security in day-to-day operation of public administration.
