Design of Power Dispatching Post-evaluation

In the light of the traditional dispatching system which mainly serves the pre-event and in-event links of power dispatching, a post-evaluation scheme is proposed in this paper. The post-evaluation focuses on the post-event link of the power dispatching, quantitative post-evaluation and deep post-evaluation is included. The main objective of post-evaluation is to quantify the dispatch effectiveness and feedback in closed loop. The design ideas, software implementation and key technologies are concluded, and the typical application modes of post-operation are proposed.
