Complex Ecosystem Networks:a New Perspective on the Integrative Research of Ecological and Socio-Economical Processes

Based on the research of the structures,functions and processes,one sustainable development conceptual model of ecosystem was proposed.The ecosystem network was explicitly defined,and its sub-networks including biological network,material cycle network,economic network and social network were also analyzed.The ecosystem network has some special properties such as hierarchies,power-low of degree,frangibility and restore,dynamics,co-evolution of flow and structure.As an example,one watershed ecosystem network model was established,based on which the coupling mechanisms of ecological and economic processes as well as the integrative management decision were studied.
