The double receiving coil is composed of a first receiving coil and a second receiving coil, wherein the second receiving coil is positioned in the first receiving coil and the two receiving coils are positioned on the same plane, and a common midpoint form is adopted; and the transmitting coil is located on the periphery of the double receiving coil, and the transmitting coil and the double receiving coil are assembled by adopting a common midpoint or common central axis form while keeping the clearance between each other. The whole course transient electromagnetic synchronous sounding device can realize the synchronous acquisition of double coil signals. The size of the transmitting coil is larger than that of the receiving coils, the mutual inductance influence can be reduced, and the signal to noise ratio and sensitivity can be improved; with the adoption of the double receiving coil and double channel synchronous measuring device, the effective measurement of later period field signals and early period field signals can be realized respectively, thereby reducing the detection blind zone and improving and enhancing the shallow layer detection effect on the basis of ensuring the middle and deep layer detection capability; and the form of traditional central loop line measuring device is not changed, and the detection and construction are convenient.
